The moment you want to change

You give a direction. Then you repeat it. Then you explain why it matters. A student pushes back, and suddenly a ten-second correction has taken three minutes.

You want to be warm with students and firm about expectations. You want to finish a lesson knowing you held the boundary without spending your energy on another debate.

Microphone

The skill we will practice is your Teacher Voice: the words, tone, timing, and follow-through you use to create clarity and support shared responsibility.

How the coaching works

Record a short, permitted example of your practice. I listen for a strength and one pattern that deserves attention. You receive private feedback, a modeled response, and a specific practice assignment. Then we review another example and look at what shifted.

You will know what to practice next and why it matters.

Live trainings teach the skills. Group practice calls help you rehearse and troubleshoot them. The private Facebook community gives you a place to ask questions and learn alongside other teachers.

Weeks 1-4

Hear your patterns. Establish a baseline. Practice clear directions and brief corrections.

Weeks 5-8

Strengthen your response. Practice calm boundaries, useful pauses, and consistent follow-through.

Weeks 9-12

Build consistency. Refine the skills that still need attention and compare your practice with your starting point.

The exact emphasis responds to the cohort's needs. The promised reviews and live-session totals remain the same.

Meet Michael

I am Michael Adams, a school counselor and the founder of Student Led Classrooms. My work focuses on helping educators use clear language, calm expectations, and shared responsibility to build the classroom conditions they want.

Teacher Voice matters in the small moments: the direction, the correction, the pause, and the response when a student challenges an expectation. This program gives us a way to hear those moments and practice them together.

Is this the right fit?

This program is designed primarily for K–6 teachers who have regular opportunities to practice, are open to feedback, and can make time for a 12-week coaching process.
You need Facebook access and an approved recording or practice alternative arranged before submissions begin.
Good fit
It's a good fit if you:
• Want to strengthen your own responses and follow-through.
• Can commit approximately 60–90 minutes minimum weekly.
• Are ready to receive direct feedback.
Not a fit
Not a fit for:
• Specialized student assessment
• Clinical treatment
• Crisis support
